All features provided by this Platform (including, without limitation, the daily free query quota and historical valuation percentile lookups) are intended solely as an auxiliary calculator for personal research, academic study, and after-hours backtesting. No output from these models implies any guarantee or prediction of future price movement for any security.

2. Nature of Paid Subscriptions (SaaS Access)

When you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription through Stripe, you are purchasing digital software / data subscription access ("SaaS Access") to this Platform's quantitative data and software features — not any form of investment advisory service, stock-picking service, or securities investment counsel. Your subscription fee corresponds to software entitlements such as a higher daily query quota, full stock-screening rankings, a custom stock screener, and CSV data export. It does not represent or constitute any promise or guarantee about the future performance of any security.

This Platform, and all of its features, data, and model outputs, do not constitute investment advice (No Investment Advice). This Platform is not a licensed investment advisory firm, does not provide personalized investment advice of any kind, and accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any investment decision a user makes based on data from this Platform. All quantitative factors, valuation percentiles, and stock-screening rankings are statistical calculations based on public historical data, intended solely for independent personal research. Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment and bear full responsibility for their own investment decisions.

4. Data Protection & Anti-Scraping

This Platform hosts multi-year, multi-factor historical panel data compiled through extensive computational processing. The database and its underlying intellectual property belong to the Platform's operators.

• Third parties, organizations, or individuals are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts, headless browsers, crawlers, or anomalous bot traffic to scrape this Platform's data assets in bulk or at high frequency.
• Upon detecting anomalous traffic, the Platform reserves the right to rate-limit or ban the associated IP addresses, access tokens, or accounts, and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
